Where we ship
We ship to Sweden and across Europe, including all EU countries, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost
Shipping is always free. No minimum order, no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Europe.

Every Lagom Phone is configured by hand in Stockholm before it ships. This is what makes your phone tamper-proof from the moment you unbox it, and it means your order receives individual attention before leaving us.

Carrier
All orders are shipped with PostNord. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

What's in the box
Every order includes the Lagom Phone, a protective case, a screen protector and USB-C earphones. Everything arrives together in one shipment.
